On this My Account page, you can manage your courses, payments, and other features of this website. Courses you are currently enrolled in are listed below.

Log in to your account below to access your course materials. If this is your first visit, please register for an account below prior to purchasing or taking courses. You will need this login information to access your course materials.

NOTE: The first and last names you enter on your profile when you register for an account will be the names that print on all your course certificates of completion.

Learner Profile

This is your profile for courses you take with the Mindful Ecotherapy Center. Please note that the first name and last name you enter when you create your account will be the name that prints on any certificates for completed courses. You can change the name on your certificate by changing the first name and last name on your profile. First click on Account Details above, then change the First Name and Last Name fields, then refresh your certificate. The name should be changed now.

1. Course Access
   • From the dashboard, navigate to the “My Courses” tab. Here, you can see all the courses you’ve enrolled in, check your progress, and resume lessons.
   • Course materials, videos, and downloadable resources are all accessible directly from this section.
2. Order History and Downloads
   • Use the “Orders” tab to review your purchase history. If your courses include downloadable resources, they will appear under the “Downloads” section for easy access.
   • This feature ensures you can always retrieve important course materials even after completing the lessons.
3. Profile Management
   • Keep your account details up to date under the “Account Details” tab. Update your email address, password, and billing information as needed.
   • Ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid issues with course access or communication.
4. Membership and Subscriptions
   • If you’ve subscribed to memberships or ongoing services, these will be listed in the “Subscriptions” section. You can view your subscription status, renewal dates, and payment details here.
5. Customer Support
   • Should you encounter any issues, the “Support” or “Help” tab allows you to submit tickets directly to the support team.
